USAF Pedro 66 Crew / Memorial Patch

USAF Pedro 66 / Crew Memorial Patch
This is a beautiful patch designed by PJ Staff Sgt. Lucas F. (48th RQS) as a remembrance for all the men of USAF 66th Rescue Squadron (Call sign ¨Pedro 66¨) crew who tragically lost their lives trying to save others in a combat mission in Afghanistan in 2010. For members of the rescue community these words are more than a simple saying. It's an oath; that no matter the danger they are placed in, if there is an opportunity to save lives, they will never hesitate to carry out their rescue mission.

This patch was gently donated by our friends of the TOML, who we support unconditionally since we began with this collection. By supporting TOML foundation you can help the families of those fallen in the line of duty who gave their lives for save others and proudly serve the nation. Get envolved!

  2. This Patch was NOT Designed by PJ Staff Sgt. Lucas F. (48th RQS, it was Designed by a Maintainer, SSgt S. Barriga (923 AMXS) in 2011 while he was deployed to Afghanistan. We have the full size wood version hanging in our Memorial Room at the 55 HMU.

Now of course they use the HH-62 Pavelow...OUTSTANDING!!! My heart go's out to the PJ's and their Family. Y'all take care and always watch your "SIX". Your INTENSE friend, Rick KG4YVW
