-"I designed this particular patch based somewhat off one of our other unofficial patches poking at the SPO (Systems Program Office) people, We had a patch with the cat on it with the gun with the caption read "The SPO is mad you know..."- C. Cunningham (SERE Specialist) in 2015.
Made in the USA. One of the greatest patches I ever had. Extremely rare and highly detailed. Nice!
