    I just received similar nametag bought on eBay. You can see it here: www.ebay.com/itm/USAF-Pararescue-Nametag-Wing-Patch-K-1-/381548107250

    My has velcro but it does not look like used. Seller probably has only Japanese made patches but that one was sent to me from USA.

    It seems to me that this could be used by 33rd Rescue Squadron but I'm not really sure.

    Do you have any new information about it since 2012?
