News: USAF 212th RQS Awarded by TOML

We´ve got some great news this week from our friends of TOML (That Others May Live Foundation). This year, the 212th Rescue Squadron from Elmendorf, Alaska was awarded by TOML foundation as the ¨Rescue Squadron of the Year¨ award.

In the inaugural Rescue Ball; as a keynote speaker was Mr. Tom Kight, son of Brig. Gen. Richard T. Kight, USAF who penned the code of an Air Rescueman.  The attached video is about 15 minutes and in it, he recants how his dad came to write such compelling words, to include, “…these things I do, that others may live.”

We wanted to share this with all our readers and once again ask to you so support TOML foundation in their endeavors.

  1. Hmm it appears like your site ate my first comment (it
was super long) so I guess I'll just sum it up what I wrote and say,
I'm thoroughly enjoying your blog. I as well am an aspiring
blog blogger but I'm still new to everything. Do you have any helpful hints for first-time blog writers?

    I'd certainly appreciate it.
