USAF Western Air Rescue Center Patch
From the personal collection of MSgt. Jerome Polder. Circa 1962/5.
Activated as the Western Rescue Center on Feb. 16, 1961. The Center was redesignated as the Western Aerospace Rescue & Recovery Center on Jan. 8, 1966. Stationed at Hamilton AFB, CA.
