I was issued this coin when I arrived to Osan AB in 1992. And was told to have it available at all times. The story about the challenge was if someone slapped the coin down, everyone from the unit had to do like wise, if you did not, had to buy everyone a drink.....but if everyone did have it the person who issued the challenge had too!!!!

My name is Kemabelle Q. Santos and I am a daughter of a US Airforce. I am from the Philippines and I am looking for my father. I don't have a lot of information about him, I don't know his birthday, SSS no. anything. I only have a photo of him and a note at the back of it that says "31st sos forward s sgt Keith Williams kadena AB Japan 96368". I don't know when he came here in the Philippines, but he was here in the year 1991 covering up the eruption of Mt. Pinatubo. He lived in Olongapo City Subic Bay Freeport Zone. I was born in 1992. He didn't know that my mother was pregnant when he left and my mother has no other information about him except their picture that they both have and the note at the back of it. I am looking for him for a long time so I would really appreciate if you can help me with this.
