USAF 79th Rescue Squadron / 88th Test and Evaluation Squadron Patch

I can't recall from whom I've got this patch, but remember it was made in 2013. It features a C-130J propeller and the 88th on the center from the 88th TES who probably was conducting an evaluation for the 79th RQS.
