USAF 5040th HS Patch
USAF 5040th Helicopter Squadron Patch
Hard to find and nice original USAF 5040th Helicopter Flight suit patch. The unit was activated in 1969 and based at Elmendorf AFB, Alaska. Deactivation was 1975. So pretty Rare patch!
