JCSAR - Joint Combat Search and Rescue was a three program evaluating the capabilities of all the services to conduct CSAR independently and jointly. To establish TTPs (Tactics, Techniques and Procedures) consistent throughout the services. JCSAR ran from 1995 - 1998.
